تشخيص الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد
(دراسة نوعية لخبرات الأمهات في السعودية لفترة زمنية ما بين 2018 – 2023)
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة النوعية إلى استكشاف خبرات الأمهات في المملكة العربية السعودية خلال رحلة تشخيص أطفالهن ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحّد بين عامي 2018-2023، وفهم التغيرات التي طرأت على إجراءات التشخيص والخدمات المرتبطة به. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي من خلال مقابلات شبه منظمة مع ست أمهات تم اختيارهن وفق استراتيجية كرة الثلج، واعتمدت على دليل مقابلة يغطي الجوانب النمائية والانفعالية والمؤسسية في تجربة التشخيص. جرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام التحليل الموضوعي لاستخراج الأنماط الرئيسة، وأسفر التحليل عن ثمانية ثيمات رئيسة شملت: الملاحظات المبكرة للأعراض، صدمة التشخيص وردة الفعل، خبرات الطفولة المبكرة، تحديات النظام الصحي، المجتمع ونظرة الآخرين، دور الأسرة في التكيف، تطور المشاعر، والتطلعات المستقبلية. تشير النتائج إلى استمرار فجوات في جودة الخدمات، وطول فترات الانتظار، ونقص الوعي المجتمعي، رغم التحسينات الملحوظة في البنية التشخيصية. وتوصي الدراسة بتعزيز برامج الفحص المبكر، وتطوير خدمات الدعم النفسي للأمهات، وتوسيع التدريب المهني للمتخصصين بما يدعم رحلة التشخيص ويحسن جودة حياة الأسر.
