Evaluating the University Services and Ways to Improve these Services from the point of view of International Students at a Saudi university
(A Descriptive study)

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of university services from the perspective of international students at a Saudi university and ways to improve those services. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method as a method for the study, and the researchers also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The questionnaire included 29 statements. The study sample consisted of 234 international students, male and female, in various majors and levels of study who were studying at a public university. The study found a high degree of satisfaction with the university services provided in general, and the study also found that international students have a high degree of satisfaction with the clarity of methods for applying for external scholarships. International students also believe that admission requirements are fair and unbiased. There was also a high degree of satisfaction by male and female international students concerning the student dorms, educational and sports facilities, and transportation on campus. There were also high evaluation scores for all statements regarding the services provided by the International Student Administration. ; Which indicates high satisfaction with these services. Regarding ways to improve university services, the students agreed on the importance of increasing the financial allocations for international students granted by the university and paying greater attention to developing Arabic language programs for non-native speakers, which qualify non-Arab international students linguistically before enrolling in academic programs.
