الملخص
مع استمرار تقدم تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبحت الآثار المترتبة على المسؤولية المدنية الناشئة على استخدامها موضوعا ذا أهمية متزايدة لذا هدفت الدراسة الي تقييم الآليات التي يتم من خلالها مساءلة المنظمات والأفراد عن الإجراءات والقرارات التي تتخذها أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقييم تأثير المسؤولية المدنية على تطوير تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي واعتمادها ونشرها حيث أجرى الباحثون دراسة منهجية لـ 15 ورقة بحثية منشورة ركزت على كيفية ضمان المساءلة عن أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والمخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالمسؤولية المدنية في سياق الذكاء الاصطناعي والاعتبارات الأخلاقية والاتجاهات المستقبلية في قوانين المسؤولية المدنية حيث وجدت الدراسة أنه يتم تطوير وتنفيذ آليات مختلفة لمحاسبة المنظمات والأفراد عن الإجراءات والقرارات التي تتخذها أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي كما ثبت أن ظهور المسؤولية المدنية كان له تأثير كبير على تطوير واعتماد ونشر تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي لذا أصبحت المنظمات والأفراد أكثر حذرا في تنفيذ أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي بسبب التداعيات والمسؤوليات القانونية المحتملة المرتبطة باستخدامها.
