Determinants of the Individual's Political Behavior and Stakes of His Practice in Contemporary Liberalism

Abstract
There are several of attitudes which appear from the individuals through their life generally, and their political life especially. These attitudes are really the director of the individual activities and acts which informs the concept of political behaviors. This behavior is embodiment in various acts towards what surrounding the individuals by the individual, groups, institutions and the other structures, and due to the acts are ruled by several main different determiner, thus the individual's practice to his political behavior, as well as, have been submitted for those determiners which the political culture, social-economic environmental and the ideas and ideologies are the important ones.
In deal with the reality of individual political behavior practices in the Liberals contemporary societies, particularly those which knows as advanced type, we seen that these determiners had been converted to virtual staked chained these behaviors, thus due to that the prevailing political systems since they have been established, are working on shaped these behaviors in which that service and relevant to the interests of authoritarian classes, and thus participated in make their characterizes and attributes in form that being un-courage and un-constructive for the large segment of their individual political activities and acts practices. Thus we seen that the main mechanisms to practices democratic life in these liberals, particularly electoral and parties mechanism, instead they participate in promote individual practices to their behaviors in these societies in which it progressing these behaviors in form the health director in order to become the virtual and really participate in administrative their society affairs in its different dimension.
