الملخص
هدف البحث التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفاءات الرقمية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية – خضوري / فرع رام الله من وجهة نظرهم. كما هدف البحث إلى دراسة دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقا للمتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، العمر، الرتبة الأكاديمية). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من (22) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من (63) مشاركا ، وللتحقق من صدق الاستبانة تم عرضها على لجنة تحكيم مكونة من (6) محكمين متخصصين في هذا المجال، وتم التحقق من ثباتها من خلال حساب معامل كرونباخ ألفا والذي بلغ (0.941). أظهرت النتائج النهائية أن درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفاءات الرقمية جاءت بدرجة "مرتفعة"، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفاءات الرقمية تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، الرتبة الأكاديمية). وقدم البحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها : إعداد برامج تدريبية لتحسين الكفاءات الرقمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، خاصة في مجالات "إنشاء المحتوى الرقمي" و"السلامة"، وإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث حول الكفاءات الرقمية.
