التحليل العنقودي للكلمات المفتاحية لأبحاث روبوتات الدردشة في التعليم
الملخص
تعد روبوتات الدردشة من التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة التي أثبتت فاعليتها في العملية التعليمية. وقد سعى هذا البحث إلى حصر الإنتاج الفكري في موضوع روبوتات الدردشة في التعليم، للدراسات المنشورة عبر قاعدة البيانات (Web of since) باستخدام التحليل العنقودي كأحد الأساليب الببليومترية، حيث تمت عملية الحصر في يناير (٢٠٢٤م)، وأسفرت عن (٣٠٨) دراسة، تم إنتاجها خلال الفترة (٢٠١٦-٢٠٢٣م)، بينما تم التحليل العنقودي للكلمات المفتاحية، بهدف حصرها وتصنيفها. وقد جاءت الكلمات المفتاحية وفق ثلاثة مستويات: يمثل المستوى الأول جميع الكلمات المفتاحية في الأبحاث المضمنة، والتي جاء في مقدمتها الكلمة المفتاحية "روبوت/ات الدردشة" بواقع ١٢٥تكرار، متقدمة على الكلمة المفتاحية "الذكاء الاصطناعي" التي سجلت ٧٣ تكرار، تأخرت عنها الكلمة المفتاحية "روبوت الدردشة جي بي تي" بإجمالي ٤٨ تكرار. بينما جاء المستوى الثاني للكلمات المفتاحية للمؤلفين، حيث اتفقت هذه القائمة بشكل كبير مع قائمة الكلمات المفتاحية لجميع الكلمات، وقد جاء في مقدمتها الكلمة المفتاحية "روبوت/ات الدردشة" بواقع ١١٦تكرار، متقدمة على الكلمة المفتاحية "الذكاء الاصطناعي" التي سجلت ٧٣ تكرار، بينما تأخرت عنهم الكلمة المفتاحية "روبوت الدردشة جي بي تي" بإجمالي ٤٧ تكرار. ويمثل المستوى الثالث الكلمات المفتاحية الإضافية المستخرجة من عناوين الأبحاث المضمنة، حيث خرجت هذه القائمة بمجموعة من الكلمات المفتاحية التي ارتبطت بنواتج التعلم، جاءت مرتبة وفق عدد التكرارات : الآداء، الإنجاز، التأثير، المهارات والتحفيز، حيث احتل الأداء ترتبا متقدما بإجمالي ٢٤ تكرارا.
