دور القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين الإنتاجية البحثية
(تحليل نوعي لآراء الباحثين الأعلى تأثيرًا في جامعات منطقة مكة المكرمة)

الملخص
تُعد القيادة الإبداعية أحد أبرز القضايا والمحكات الأساسية التي تؤثر على فاعلية أداء الجامعات السعودية وقدرتها على مواجهة التحديات. كما أن البحث في القيادة الإبداعية يُعد أمرًا بالغ الأهمية وذلك لتأطير أهم جوانب هذا النوع من القيادة وتوظيفه في دعم مؤشرات الإنتاجية البحثية. حيث إن مؤشرات الإنتاجية البحثية لها دور كبير في تحسين سمعة الجامعات وتأطير جهودها في خدمة العلم والمعرفة. وعلى الرغم من تعدد الدراسات الكمية التي استهدفت دراسة القيادة الإبداعية إلا أن ثمة ندرة ملحوظة في وجود دراسات نوعية تقدم وصفًا دقيقًا لمتغيرات القيادة الإبداعية من جهة نظر الباحثين الأعلى تأثيرًا. وبناءً على ذلك؛ تأتي الدراسة الحالية لإجراء تحليل نوعي من وجهة نظر بعض الباحثين الأعلى تأثيرًا في جامعات منطقة مكة المكرمة (جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، وجامعة أم القرى، وجامعة جدة) وذلك لفهم كيف يمكن أن تسهم القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين الإنتاجية البحثية. اعتمدت الدراسة على النهج التفسيري باستخدام المنهج الفينومينولوجي (الظاهراتي) للوصول إلى فهمٍ أفضل وأعمق فيما يتعلق بأدوار القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين الإنتاجية البحثية. تم الاعتماد على المقابلة شبه المنظمة مع عدد (9) من الباحثين الأعلى تأثيرًا حيث تم إدارة نقاشات نوعية حول أدوار القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين الإنتاجية البحثية. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى سبعة أدوار محددة، وهي: إيجاد مصادر التمويل للمشروعات البحثية، وتطوير البرامج الداعمة للبحث العلمي، ومرونة العقود المنظمة للتعاقدات البحثية، والبنية التقنية لإدارة منظومة البحث العلمي، تحليلات البيانات البحثية، الشراكات البحثية، محفزات البحث العلمي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتدريب القادة في مجال البحث العلمي على مهارات القيادة الإبداعية، وإعداد أدلة إرشادية بمهارات القيادة الإبداعية، وكذلك مؤشرات الإنتاجية البحثية.
