The Theory of Semantic Fields in the Diwan of Habibi Ya Iraq, by the Poet Muhammad Ali Kazem

Abstract

According to the semantic field, its analyst, I dealt with the poetry of Habibi Ya Iraq by the poet Muhammad Ali in terms of the preface, which is divided into two parts, the first deals with the life of the poet Muhammad Ali Kazem Haider, while the second deals with the definition of semantic fields.

Then I divided the research into two chapters; The first chapter dealt with the field denoting love.. The second chapter dealt with the field denoting the homeland; This chapter was divided into three sections, the first topic dealing with the field of land, while the second topic came about a place in the field of history, and the third topic was specialized in the field of people.

The researcher faced some difficulties at the stage of inventorying the Diwan and extracting the semantic fields, as it took me not a little time, although the result that I came out with made me forget the effort and fatigue in that.
