The Structure of the Political Modernism and the Establishment of Democratic Representative

Abstract
It’s no doubt that those ideas and values have influenced the process of the establishment of the democratic representative systems, thus we can see the American institute that is dictated on categorical and ethnic inequality, the former when it confines representation merely by man without the woman, and the second when it distinguishes the native Americans and enslaved from their population. Furthermore, the French declaration of human rights for citizens holds several contradictions, thus although it stood against the hierarchy of nobility and privileges, it includes such privileges if it services the public welfare. In England, the Glorious revolution tied up the powers of the King and established the rule of the law, however, that without leading to establish the democratic representative.
However, many of the movements and revolutions taken by the lower classes and strata against those systems which came after democratic revolutions; that is a clear indication of the afore noted revolutions failure to achieve the main political modernism. The most important ones, the(1848)s revolution in France, and the Chartism movement in England (1832), as well as the American model, witnessed after two centuries of its revolutionary the Black uprising in (1960)…ect.
Contrary there were several decisions and laws issued by the governance system of those states after the victory of their revolution, that embody the character of social, racial and class distinction, and the emergence of the ruling elite. These represent another main signs of the failure of the revolution.
