فاعلية نوعين من التدريب (الرقمي/الوجاهي) في تنمية مهارات نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle لدى محاضري جامعة الأقصى في غزة

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية نوعين للتدريب (الرقمي/الوجاهي) في تنمية مهارات نظام ادارة التعلم Moodle لدى محاضري جامعة الأقصى في غزة.

واتبع الباحث المنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعتين تجريبيتين قوام كل واحدة منهما (25) محاضراً، واستخدم الباحث بطاقة تقييم أداء مهارات نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle وبطاقة تقييم محتوى لصفحات المحاضرين على Moodle. وكشفت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية التدريب الرقمي والوجاهي في تنمية تلك المهارات، ووجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين نمط التدريب الرقمي والوجاهي في تنمية مهارات نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle، وتفوق نمط التدريب الرقمي في تنمية مهارات نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle لدى محاضري جامعة الأقصى في فلسطين، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة اعتماد التدريب الرقمي في تنمية مهارات في مجالات مختلفة لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية.
